What am I currently reading and doing with my life?
So, it’s been a few weeks now since I left me job and decided to enjoy life at home and honestly, I am loving it. I have a whole new routine during the day, and it’s been nice to not have to rush as much.
I am very much into budgeting at the moment after I realised in the month of July that I spent $2700 at Coles and Woolworths alone, that’s honestly sickening. So, I have set myself a budget of $2000 a month and I stuck with that for the month of August so go me. I’m determined to spend less then $2000 but as a family of 6 I have to be realisitic.
As you can probably see from my Instagram page I spend my Friday’s delivering or posting any orders that I have for the week. Over the last 2 weeks I have had a steady flow of customers so that’s been really nice, this week has been quieter but that’s business, right? Hopefully by the end of the week hundreds of people visit the site and all buy a book each… *winky face. A girl can dream… I need to learn that just because I don’t have 50 orders a week that it’s nothing personal, I automatically assume people hate me LOL
I spent the weekend painting my book space, the walls just need 1 more coat and the roof needs 2 more. I tell you what painting a roof isn’t easy work, my shoulders and neck are still sore, but it’s coming along so nicely. Ill finish up the painting this week then the floors are ready to go down. Flooring was delivered on Monday, and I am so in love with what I’ve chosen and can’t wait for them to go in.
My current go to books at the moment are and will always be MM but I can feel myself sliding back into the Dramione fanfic world. Honestly if you also felt like Draco and Hermione should have been the enemies to lovers endgame then dive into the fanfic world, you won’t regret it.
That’s all from me for this week, but while you’re here you may as well browse through the stock and treat yourself.
